M. Louis Goodman, longtime professor in the School of Architecture, passed away on April 11 at the age of 82, due to COVID-19. An accomplished architect and educator, Goodman taught advanced studios and seminars for more than 40 years at Pratt. Through his practice, with M. Louis Goodman Architect and Windigo Architects, he played a principal role in the development of numerous buildings that attained international recognition. His projects varied in scale and character, ranging from interior design, furniture, and houses to commercial and corporate buildings.

A memorial will be held on Monday, April 20, at 6:30 p.m., on Zoom and streaming on Facebook Live.
