Elle Decor recently interviewed David Easton, a Pratt alumnus, architect, and interior designer known for his spin on classic English decor, on American style and what's ahead. In the story, Easton describes his Pratt education as being “all about modernism and the Bauhaus,” and noted that upon graduation the great modernist furniture designer Edward J. Wormley approached him with a job. Easton continued to describe his evolution as a designer, and offered words of wisdom on what's changing and what's stayed the same.
